SOWEDA has two training centres located in Kumba and Mamfe and 3 seed multiplication centres in Ekona, Obang and Nyan-Nkikoh. The training centres are used for capacity building workshops to build and develop skills for the rural population while the seed multiplication centres serve the purpose of producing high yield seeds for farmers.

These centres are run by centre managers. The centres were constructed in 2016 under a government rehabilitation plan dubbed 'Contrat Plan'.
